Meatu District Council’s Election Supervisor, A.H. Masasi, has officially announced job openings for public servants in preparation for the upcoming Local Government Elections scheduled for 27th November 2024. Available Positions

The following positions are open for application:

    Polling Station Supervisor – 681 positions
    Responsible for overseeing the voting process at each polling station.
    Assistant Polling Station Supervisor – 681 positions
    Supports the Polling Station Supervisor in managing station activities and ensuring compliance with election protocols.
    Voter Registration Officer – 681 positions
    Tasked with handling the voter registration process and maintaining accurate voter lists.

Qualifications for Applicants

Candidates must meet the following criteria to be eligible for these positions:

    Must be a Tanzanian citizen.
    Must be an active Public Servant.
    Must be a resident of Meatu district.
    Must have completed at least a Form Four level of education.
    Must have the ability to learn and adapt.
    Must not be a leader of any political party.
