ANNOUNCEMENT ON CALLING SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES TO EMPLOYMENT
The Secretary of the Secretariat for Employment in the Public Service wishes to inform job applicants for various positions who attended interviews conducted between 23 April 2025 and 19 November 2025 that the results of candidates who passed the interviews are as listed in this announcement.
The list of names also includes some interviewees who were in the database for various cadres and who have now been allocated duty stations after positions became available.
All candidates who passed the interviews and have been allocated duty stations will obtain their posting letters through their Ajira Portal accounts under the “My Applications” section. They are therefore required to download and print those letters and report to the duty stations to which they have been assigned.
Furthermore, candidates who passed the interview and have been allocated a duty station are required to report to the employer within the time specified in their posting letters, carrying original academic certificates from Form Four level onwards for verification by the employer before being issued with an official employment letter.
Applicants whose names do not appear in this announcement should note that they were not successful / did not secure positions, and they are encouraged to apply again when new job opportunities are announced.
