The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat, on behalf of Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) and Local Government Authorities (LGAs), wishes to inform all job applicants who applied for various positions that interviews are expected to be conducted from 14/02/2026 to 14/02/2026, after which successful candidates will be assigned to work stations.
Candidates invited for the interview are required to observe the following instructions:

The interview will be conducted starting on the dates shown in this announcement. The time and venue for the interview are specified for each cadre.

Every interviewee must arrive at the interview venue wearing a face mask.

Each interviewee must carry an identification document for verification purposes. Acceptable identification documents include:

National ID (NIDA),

Voter’s ID,
-
Employment ID,
-
Citizenship ID,

Passport,
-
Driving License, or
-
An identification letter from the Local Government (Street/Village) where the applicant resides.

Interviewees must bring ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, starting from Birth Certificate, Form IV, Form VI, Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree and above, depending on the qualifications of the respective position.

Candidates who present Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statements of Results, or Form IV and Form VI result slips will NOT be accepted and WILL NOT be allowed to proceed with the interview.

For cadres that require registration with Professional Boards, candidates must bring their original professional registration certificates and valid practicing licenses.

Each interviewee shall be responsible for their own food, transport, and accommodation. Additionally, candidates must attend the interview dressed in neat and decent attire in accordance with the official dress code circular.

Candidates who studied outside Tanzania must ensure that their certificates are verified and approved by relevant authorities such as TCU, NACTVET, or NECTA. Candidates for cadres requiring a GPA who studied outside Tanzania must submit a GPA equivalency certificate from TCU.

Candidates who do not see their names in this announcement are advised to log in to their Ajira Portal accounts to view the reasons for not being shortlisted so as not to miss future opportunities.

All shortlisted candidates must log in to their Ajira Portal accounts and copy their interview number. Candidates who will undertake online screening interviews must remember the email address and password used in the Ajira Portal system.

Candidates whose names differ across their documents must submit a registered Deed Poll (Name Change Affidavit) approved by the Ministry of Lands.
