NACTVET Releases CAS Selection Results for Health and Allied Sciences 2026/2027
Additionally, 5,572 applicants (31.0%) have been selected to join government institutions, while 12,407 applicants (69.0%) have been selected to join non-government institutions.
A total of 26,705 applicants completed their admission applications. Of these, 17,979 applicants have been selected for admission to institutions offering Health and Allied Sciences programmes. Among those selected, 8,936 (49.7%) are female and 9,043 (50.3%) are male. Furthermore, 5,572 applicants (31.0%) have been admitted to government institutions, while 12,407 applicants (69.0%) have been admitted to non-government institutions.
Applicants who met the minimum admission requirements but were not selected due to competition for the programmes and institutions they applied to are advised to apply for alternative programmes at institutions with available vacancies during the Second Admission Window through the Central Admission System (CAS).

The Council also informs the public that the Second Admission Window is officially open from 31 July to 21 August 2026, and the selection results will be announced on 4 September 2026.
Furthermore, applicants wishing to change their programme or institution may do so during the Transfer Window, which will be open from 10 August to 21 August 2026. Applicants are encouraged to use this opportunity to complete their transfer applications through the Council's website using the same account they used to submit their applications during the first admission window.
