1.0 Records Management Assistant II (3 Positions)

1.1 Duties and Responsibilities

i. To register all incoming correspondence in the Incoming Correspondence Register.

ii. To register all outgoing correspondence in the Outgoing Correspondence Register.

iii. To distribute files to designated Action Officers.

iv. To receive files from Action Officers.

v. To receive completed files returned to the registry from Action Officers.

vi. To return files to the appropriate file racks, filing cabinets, or other designated storage locations.

vii. To monitor and track the movement of files within the institution (file tracking).
