🔐 1. Official Login & Registration

Login page: Visit olas.heslb.go.tz/olams/account/login to access your account heslb.go.tz
New users: Click “Signup now” to create an account. Use your Form Four index number as the username heslb.go.tz

📝 2. Username & Password

Username: Your Form Four index number (e.g., S1234.5678.2020)
Password: Created during signup; case-sensitive.
If forgotten, use the “Reset Password” link on the login page and follow the prompts olas.heslb.go.tz

🚀 3. Troubleshooting Login Issues

Invalid credentials: Double-check format and spelling (especially dots/zeros).
Locked account: Multiple failed attempts may temporarily lock your account—wait a bit then retry or reset password
Page not loading: Try refreshing, using Chrome/Firefox, or clearing browser cache

🧭 5. What You Can Do on OLAMS

Once logged in, you can:

Apply for new loans (Bachelor’s, Diploma, Postgraduate).
Track application status via your SIPA account.
Upload required documents and print application packages.
Continue loan processes (fee payments, appeals, disbursement monitoring)

OLAS Heslb Login 2025/2026

MODE OF APPLICATION

All loan applications will be done through the Online Loan Application and Management System (OLAMS).

Upon completion of the online loan application process, the applicant SHOULD print out the application form and the Loan Agreement. Thereafter, obtain appropriate authentications, sign the forms, and attach/upload necessary documents, including pages (numbers 2 and 5) into OLAMS.
